INFRARED SAUNA
Relax in our sauna to help sooth sore muscles, reduce pain, boost relaxation, and possibly improve heart health. Within minutes of sitting in an infrared sauna, beads of sweat will appear on your skin, blood vessels widen to increase blood flow, and your heart rate increases - basically the same response as exercise. Bathing suit required.
30 minutes – $30 or $20 with an additional 60 minute spa treatment.
HYDRATING VICHY TREATMENT
Relax on the Vichy treatment table while water cascades over you as you receive an exfoliating treatment ending with an intense hydrating moisturizer. You’ll leave refreshed and glowing.
45 minutes – $170
WAXING SERVICES
Brow 20 minutes - $25
Lip & Chin 20 minutes - $25
